i need to lose weight!

tumataba na naman ako…argh!  i hate this.  i swear, when this dysmenorrhea of mine is over, magpapapayat na ulit ako. 

here are some weight-loss resolutions:
1.  jog/walk every Wednesday afternoon (wala nang locgov then)
2.  kumain ng gulay lang as viand starting tonight
3.  wag na masyadong uminom ng extra joss or rush.  water na lang.  or coke light. 
4.  wag muna kumain ng junk food (or i’ll eat less) – naku, mahirap ito gawin for a junk food junkie like me

in fairness, i lose weight fast naman.  could i lose 3 pounds kaya in time for next saturday? (wedding ni tita myla and maid of honor nya ako…baka di na ako magkasya sa dress ko ah)
